Develop a financial analysis mechanism
The experts that LiftUp assigned to our client were tasked to develop a financial analysis mechanism applied to CSV files that contained accounting data.
The system identifies currency data sets, maps/groups values of the same kind, finds empty values, wrong format data across thousands of lines, and hundreds of files in a short time span.
Decreased CSV processing time by 50%, for files with up to 60 million data lines. Added new features related to CSV validation.

A LiftUp team was assigned to our client and became an integrated part of their in-house development team for the duration of the overhaul and deployment of additional features.
The partnership with our client was instrumental to create a mobile application for real-time driver tracking, and other cloud-based functionalities of their main web application.
Our team worked on the software architecture, refactoring, integration of the application with carriers/shippers, user rights and management, and security.
Other features we’ve developed include:
– Visual analytics (charts, tables, etc.) of multiple types of statistics and reports for the company (sales reports, shipment reports, marketplace reports, workforce goals, sales goals, etc.)

Testing and optimization
For SmartConsign we have developed the testing of the main functionalities using manual testing and automation testing. It is important that we test features as soon as changes have been made by developers. This helps to prevent possible major application defects.
To avoid this, the LiftUp team has automated API testing and main test cases. On the frontend side, we improved the application interface and optimized it to improve the user experience.

UI, UX, Legacy web technologies modernization
LiftUp was retained to improve Zixtel’s website with a focus on UI, UX replacing legacy web technologies with the latest ones.
As part of the process to transition to a dedicated e-shop, instead of using other digital marketplaces, LiftUp was also tasked to integrate an e-commerce solution into the website.
Magento version 2 was deployed, and the LiftUp experts created a templates system that allowed the Zixtel team to easily and rapidly add products to the website. In order to support different types of commercial clients, the system needed to allow for pricing to be shown both with and without VAT.
The time required to lead products onto the platform was reduced by 300%.

Develop a digital eCommerce platform
We created a transition from brick-and-mortar sales, and a basic eshop, to full-fledged digital sales using Magento – a leading eCommerce platform.
The client needed a digital eCommerce platform that’s intuitive, user friendly and that could adjust to different digital interfaces with a responsive design.
The transition had to include a cost-calculation system for order deliveries whether for local or international clients, as well as a seamless user experience between cart and order placement completion.

Liftup Solutions allocated a team of experts within a Health/Wellbeing project, working on an app that helps physicians save time in their medical practices, whilst improving both the quality of care and business outcomes through an electronic health records (EHR) system. Therapology is a service provider that enables therapists to arrange, manage and provide therapy using built-in video meetings, online group sessions, recordings, documents, messaging, plus arrange face-to-face sessions, manage appointments, and online prepayment.
Developed and launched through personal crisis experience, Therapology is an exciting new platform and app that enables anyone with the Internet, to connect rapidly with therapists in the UK and book online or face2face appointments, typically within the hour.
The client was looking for an intuitive, yet highly versatile way of building an application for its innovative service. With a strategy to scale exponentially, it needed to be able to sustain complexities across a multitude of functions. In order to achieve this.
LiftUp experts assisted the Therapology team by employing lean methodology to develop critical databases, webpages, mechanisms, addons, design, reliable yet adaptable mobile applications, and any required support services for infrastructure and maintenance.
The project had 3 phases of deliverables:
Phase I: Complete designs for the web interface, preferably to include the workflows/users’ journeys (experience);
Phase II: Clarify and sign-off on the list of requirements for the Web Application / Most Viable Product;
