Nederlandse Spoorwegen/Transvision | OV.Taxi
Transvision provides transportation solutions. One of their core services is to provide door-to-door transportation services that allow users to use Transvision for organizing and executing a trip that requires multiple means, such as taxi and public transport (bus/metro/taxi). With this core service, they specialize in helping the less-abled meet their mobility needs.
After the MaaS solution of VaxiTaxi, transporting people from their homes to COVID-19 vaccination centers and back, Transvision shifted its focus to a more general need: transport to and from train stations in The Netherlands. By taking over the existing solution of NS-Zonetaxi.
Heineken | Drinkies
The Client
Heineken is a world-famous and age-old Dutch beer brewer, present in more than 190 nations with a broad selection of beers and ciders. Everything they do is focused on achieving two distinct objectives: brewing the best beers in the world and building the best brands in the world. They’re committed to driving innovation, boosting sales, reducing expenses, and investing in their brand for the long term.
The Challenge
Have you ever gone to a great party or relaxed in the park with some friends in the company of some beer or wine? Then you’ve probably faced the issue of an empty fridge or cooler at some point. You can’t drive after drinking, it might be raining outside, you can’t leave the party unattended, or the grocery store is too far away. What to do now?
The Solution
Together with Heineken Malaysia, Lizard Global created Drinkies: a platform where you can order all sorts of beer, wine, liquor, and snacks. With just a couple of clicks on your device, your order is delivered to your doorstep and the party can continue. With a mobile bar, music, a bartender on location, and loyalty and reward integrations, the Drinkies app has it all.
Suspicious Antwerp
The Client
Suspicious Antwerp is an Antwerp-based lifestyle streetwear company that offers unisex clothes internationally via its own website. Philipe Libert and Frederik Janssens started the company in 2017 as part of a project during their studies at the University of Antwerp.
The Challenge
Suspicious Antwerp only used to have a webshop, but not a mobile app. E-commerce platforms that do not offer a mobile app might not provide the full experience to their customers. After all, the world is moving towards mobile, mobile apps are faster than web apps, and they offer greater functionality as they have access to system resources.
The Solution
The solution of Suspicious Antwerp consists of a mobile e-commerce application for iOS and Android. With this application, Suspicious Antwerp can place its full brand experience in the pockets of its customers.
Heineken | Star Bars
The Client
Heineken is a large and renowned Dutch brewery, always looking for new opportunities regarding technological advancements and innovation that can give their customer services a positive boost.
The Challenge
After developing the Drinkies application together with Heineken, the client wanted bars that use Heineken as a preferred supplier to be promoted more. By having a highlighted spot in the app, consumers are stimulated to go to these specific bars and drink Heineken’s products.
The Solution
Lizard Global added loyalty & rewards functionalities to the Drinkies application with the feature “Star Bars”, which refers to the bars where Heineken is the preferred supplier. This way, consumers are more likely to visit the listed bars.
Status K | The City
Together with Lion & Lion, Lizard Global created a platform driven by gamification that results in loyalty and rewards by earning Points & Koins. Points are used for leaderboards and koins can be used to buy vouchers and products that were connected to Merchants for whom we built a redemption platform based on QR codes. The main target was to engage with the users via the platform, to ultimately push them towards the merchants at onsite locations or purchasing products/services online.
Talent Portal | Venture Café
Venture Café’s mission is to broaden, connect and support the innovation community through offering a freely accessible network with programming to help anyone with an idea to succeed. By connecting innovators, the Venture Café Foundation creates impact and foster innovation and growth. The Talent Portal forms the perfect digital solution for bringing talent and talent-seekers together to stimulate innovation.
PeopleHive
PeopleHive is an HR consultancy company based in Malaysia, aimed at creating a Strategic Corporate Culture Fit within organisations. They do so by collaborating with organisations’ key stakeholders to find corporate cultural values closest to the foundation, strategy, and goals of the organisation.
Organizations can use the PeopleHive application in order to create insights into their internal cultural alignment and potential solutions for improving this alignment.
Together with The PeopleHive, Lizard Global designed a mobile application which has the purpose of assessing cultural alignment within organisations based on their competencies, norms, and values. By sending out surveys to all employees, it is possible to indicate the extent to which the desired norms and values are present among organisational members.
GrowTribe | Growth Tracker & Performance Tracker
Together with the HR experts of PeopleHive, Lizard Global formed GrowTribe Solutions: a company focused on connecting professional success with structural growth and offering services that empower employees to contribute to economic growth and organizational objectives. With GrowTribe’s Growth Tracker and Performance Tracker, employees and organizations as a whole can work towards a perfect alignment of objectives, while working on the skills needed to achieve these goals.
GrowTribe Solutions conceptualized, designed and developed a web- and mobile platform that connects individual growth with general performance targets set by an organization. The solution consists of two modules: Growth Tracker and Performance Tracker. Both are integrated into one application to enable performance-based learning and growth.
Brickler
Lizard Global collaborated with Nationale Nederlanden to create a platform that allows consumers to seek a mortgage through a cutting-edge mobile app. Brickler has evolved into a cost-effective and digital solution for home seekers. With the app, Brickler is taking a first step towards reshaping the housing market, focusing on users who are buying a house for the first time.
VaxiTaxi
With the current COVID-19 vaccination program being rolled out in the Netherlands, people are being required to be present at their vaccination appointments on time. However, this can form a challenge for people who are unable to travel on their own, such as older populations, less-abled people, or those simply not in possession of a car. For these people, the team of Transvision wanted to create a mobility solution that allows users to easily book and prepay for a taxi to and from a vaccination location.
Together with Lizard Global, Transvision created VaxiTaxi - a prepaid taxi booking site specifically meant to help those who need transportation to and from their vaccination location. With their vaccination appointment in hand, users can easily book a taxi to get to and from COVID-19 vaccination.
Globiz
When doing business, exchanging contact information is one of the most critical steps in the networking process. However, printed business cards are becoming outdated. It's easy to lose them, and piling them up on your desk doesn't help with following up on leads and business opportunities. Besides that, cancelled networking events have caused the exchange of physical business cards to almost completely die out. Up until now, there has been no solution on the market that offers a digital version of your business card, including the functionality to customize and share your design with the world.
Together with Stefan and Carmen of Globiz, Lizard Global created a mobile application that allows users to create their own virtual business cards and share them via a personal QR code or link. The app also offers a business card wallet, which you can use to collect other business cards, without them getting lost on your desk. You can even customize your own business card with a unique design and invite your team members to your account to share your unique business card design.
Retiink
Together with the passionate spirit of Nicole, Lizard Global created “Retiink”. The mobile application has been designed to support the rehabilitation process and effectively manage memory and organisational issues after a brain injury. By regularly using this application, users can improve their memory and time management skills, collaborate with their support team, and keep up to date with helpful tools and resources to improve their overall brain health and reach their highest potential.
BMN Connect
Bouwmaterialen Nederland (BMN) offers a wide range of materials and services for professional builders under one roof; From wood and plate, structural work, chemicals & binders, finishing, tiles to hardware and tools.
BMN has a social mission: offering affordable housing for people with lower incomes. Their original process often consists of long and personal visits to houses, of which the results had to be manually digitized and subsequently ordered at BMN. A solution for more efficient service was needed.
The BMN Connect app offers a full service measurement and task management tooling to building companies and contractors. Using the app, the user was able to measure and order new products for the entire house: from new kitchen, to isolation, doors, building materials and more.
Imagine Dish
ImagineDish is a company that recognized that the best memories with friends and family are made over a meal. They should be remembered forever and ImagineDish has an innovative way to capture and keep your most delicious memories.
ImagineDish realized that currently there is no app where you can see real pictures of real food at restaurants and get recommendations from your friends about where to go and eat. Many apps focus on large groups of reviews as opposed to providing recommendations and reviews from your friends - who know you best.
We provided an iOS app that allows a user to check out what is nearby to discover great restaurants and dishes, follow your foodie-friends, view their stories in an easy-to-understand overview; and share your own experiences.
A successfully completed MVP was delivered to client which lets the user capture photos, filter based on custom filters and create their own food diaries. These stories can be shared among their group of friends within the application.
EliteXMentors
Elite is a media agency delivering content through efficient workstations. Via an online training environment, users learn from their idols through masterclasses, adopting their way of life and thinking.
Establishing an interactive and community-driven environment in which users actively participate with courses, and learn from each other. Users can choose from who they want to learn: they thus learn according to their interests.
Through rapid prototyping, we made a clickable demo that incorporated the core ideas of EliteXMentors as a product. More masterclasses can be added frequently in an efficient manner. Combined with the interactive nature of the masterclasses this results in users getting their money’s worth out of masterclasses.

River Cruise App
Free-to-use mobile application that instantly adds value to your boat trips on Europe’s most iconic rivers. Offline available audio guides make cruising over European rivers better with narration, fitting music and sound effects.
Recognises the hassle that comes with organising a trip. They wanted to create an app that would bring together everything you need for a trip to go well, from history and culture to personal tips and fun facts.
Lizard Global re-designed the existing app by implementing new features, like authentification, geofencing, a location-based audioguide, chat function, notice board, travel wallet, feedback options, a photo feature, and offline feature. There’s no chance you’ll get bored during your next trip on the most beautiful waterways of Europe.

- The app contains detailed information about the sailing route users are going to choose, and is equipped with audio guides that can be separately purchased.
- Depending on where on the sailing route you find yourself, River Cruise provides Points of Interest (POIs) with detailed and entertaining information.
- The audio guide has integrated soundscapes to deliver real-time, additional information depending on where on the river you are currently sailing.
Van Eijck
Van Eijck is an international car rescue company, specialized in car and truck transport and storage, assistance and replacement transport. During the summer months, Van Eijck provides consumer service by offering replacement transports when travellers are stranded during the trip to their summer holiday location.
Van Eijck has experienced many low-quality development companies that tried to digitize their complex processes and infrastructure. Van Eijck reached out to Delta-N to another Dutch IT-company, to digitise its processes, gaining more efficiency and legal coverage according to the Dutch insurance system.
Lizard Global developed the VRS (Vehicle Recovery System) app, which helps emergency centers to efficiently shoot new tasks to internal and external employees. This app is for internal use - and is used to gather data from the motorist on location, which the office staff can use to follow up on each incident.

- A central system allows Van Eijck’s office staff to easily follow up on the incident, including invoicing and processing insurance claims.
- The app allows the emergency room and internal/external employees to work more remotely, easily shooting and following up on new tasks while providing valuable feedback and data.
- Users can claim damage due to accidents on the VRS app, which can be viewed by Van Eijck’s employees in an organised way
Bricklinq
Bricklinq is in the real estate business, aiming to connect home owners and HOAs with information about their houses, tenants and more. Bricklinq aims to become the solution for managing real estate properties and connecting service suppliers.
Property owners have to perform an extensive amount of steps to manage and expand their real estate portfolio. There are few options to outsource the portfolio work to, and no good software solution to help you. Bricklinq recognised this gap and sought for an app developer.
Together with Bricklinq, Lizard Global created a platform to help property owners and tenants manage their properties. By providing tailored information and assistance to all groups, everyone can smoothen their portfolio-related tasks and realise maximal efficiency.

Aposto
Aposto is a company that is working on bettering the onboarding, briefing, and knowledge transfer of key safety and event information from event/location to employee. Aposto aims to realise this through an adequate platform, easily accessible and internalisable by employees.
Staging/Event Managers struggle to make sure that employees assigned to their events are properly trained and retain the information they are given to ensure a pleasant experience by the guests. Temporary employees are solely given short fact sheets or a verbal briefing when their shift starts.
Lizard Global created the platform for staging/event managers to clearly identify, disseminate and track knowledge that needs to be transferred to employees. The results of the knowledge prepares employees for their event-day experiences, and helps managers in hiring/promotion decisions.
By tracking the knowledge of individual employees with Aposto, it was possible to make more accurate and unbiased decisions regarding promotion and hiring. Aposto’s platform enabled staging/event managers to clearly identify, disseminate and track the knowledge that needs to be transferred to employees. Aposto’s platform resulted in better preparation for events and thus less factors that could go wrong, overall leading to a better experience by all who are present.
Brunott
Brunott is a Dutch retailer that deals in luxurious, high-end jewellery and watches. Brunott was having trouble in excelling in their customer service and be able to convert their potential customers into loyal ones. There was no centralised system to monitor purchase behaviours or preferences.
By using Salesforce as a CRM-system, we were able to automate and optimise their existing digital customer relations. The retail employees and managers were able to have an overview of their customers to be able to better serve them.
By using data science and digital marketing, Brunott is now able to better assist customers, increasing satisfaction along the way.
Managers can use the updated CRM-system to track employee performance and assist efficiently where needed.
By grouping data in one retail system, retail staff has better insight into their customer relations, improving support-related decision-making.
InvestKL
InvestKL has been mandated to attract large global multinationals such as Fortune 500 and Forbes 2000 type companies to establish their regional business, innovation and talent hubs in Greater KL, providing a gateway for companies to grow their business in Asia.
Lizard Global focused on data science and digital marketing through SEO auditing and optimisation. The main goals were upgrading the digital newsletter and realising more relevant internet traffic through better SEO scores.
Golden Hearing
Golden Hearing is an application that has the goal to track and record specific emotional responses to music based on biometric data. This will result in new insights into how people react to music.
Music can, and often does, have an emotional impact on its listeners (think of how one gets goosebumps when listening to a particular song that has a lot of meaning to you). However, these responses have not yet been measured in a meaningful way.
Lizard Global developed the Golden Hearing EmoPulse app, which integrates with activity trackers. Through real-time connections and data streaming, emotional responses can be linked to music people are listening to in a meaningful way via cutting-edge technology.

One Tail Dragon
One Tail Dragon’s two-sided marketplace provides an online platform for novel and comic readers. The app lets users search and save their favorite comics and provides an integrated reader for an optimized reading experience.
Feet Clinic
Feet Clinic is a startup concept which will function as an intermediate platform between patients, pedologists, feet products supplies, and in a later phase also health agencies and insurance companies.
Foot care is always a low priority for people but one of the core causes of health complaints. Feet Clinic strives to help members by providing preventative information, access to purchase specialized foot-related products, and connect with specialists - none of which is readily available in the marketplace currently.
Together with Feet Clinic, Lizard Global developed the platform in which members are guided in assessing and finding information about medical conditions. All together, this platform makes Feet Clinic an authority and official health label about feet healthcare.

The ebol. app matches SMEs with financial providers (FPs) in a transparent manner. This transparency forms a competitive relationship between FPs and allows SMEs to have insights in all the available loan options.
unlocQed
UnlocQed is a digital two-sided marketplace for facilitating a successful match between employer and job-seeker, based on their skill set, ambition, and interests, avoiding prejudices and inequality.
RiA
HCS’ RiA is a digital platform that simplifies the processes that come along with the often unforeseen incapacitation of employees. This way, employers are well-prepared in the case of the unexpected (temporary) loss of a workforce.
Tracker Apps
Skill Tracker and Service tracker are two mobile/desktop apps for students to track their ATL skills progress and journal their experiences. Both apps are designed to greatly optimize the overall learning experience of students and teachers.
WAPA
The War Additional Premium Application provides users with real-time tracking technologies for tracking vessels and voyages in High Risk Areas, in order to analyse their exposure to damage and theft.
SKOON
SKOON Cloud is a cutting-edge digital solution for the automation of logistics. Users can track battery locations and statuses, as well as providing their own batteries for others to use, all on one cloud-based digital dashboard.
