ARTiFACTS — Blockchain Web-Platform
INTRODUCTION
ARTiFACTS is a unique web-based platform, which is purpose-built to enrich the scholarly record by enabling transactions and recording existence and attribution with linkages across all research artifacts. The team needed to organize data structure and decide: what part to store in the blockchain, and how to connect data put on the blockchain with the data inside of the system.
SOLUTION
Web-platform successfully integrated with Blockchain-based system. Developed adaptive (including Retina optimization) and modern design. User-friendly and intuitive interface, customized for specific needs of the platform’s functionality (PoE, citing, control of artifacts).
RESULT
The client has a complex, high-performance system for academic and scientific research that leverages blockchain technology. Also, the NIX team designed and implemented a UI/UX that entirely satisfies all the requirements of this unique system.

Alienware Arena — Customer Engagement & Retention App
CLIENT
Alienware Corporation is a leading computer hardware company that manufactures laptops, desktops & accessories for gaming and entertainment.
CHALLENGE
The client wanted to extend the user’s experience via mobile applications allowing players to access the web platform features on the go.
SOLUTION
NIX developed user-friendly iOS and Android applications with a custom design providing full gaming experience. The app helped Alienware attract more users to the gaming portal increase users engagement and retention.

Mobile App and Web Solution for Property Management Needs
INTRODUCTION
NIX developed a software solution to handle all aspects of running a successful property business. It's a multi modules platform, which is an all-in-one solution, that would be easily configured for definite property management needs in different domain segments: rental, flats, condominiums.
SOLUTION
Implemented must-have features for managers to handle real estate. There are web and mobile versions for both a manager and a user. Modules of the platform can be interconnected with other external services and, as they are working separately. Still, interlinked, it ensures the necessary security: storage of data on residents, their payments, personal information, etc.
RESULT
We created an easily customized platform for particularly property management needs with both web and mobile apps. An administrator of the property can choose a specific set of features, add or remove individual modules, depending on the property needs.

Vuze Camera — Mobile App for Remote Control
INTRODUCTION
The product is the first consumer 360 3D camera and the new dual-camera that gives anyone the power to create and share immersive experiences in 360° or VR180 (3D) Photo and Video. We aimed to develop a mobile application for Android and iOS which allows users to operate the camera, unlock the full potential by enabling different shooting modes and powerful editor.
SOLUTION
The team ensured a stable connection between the camera and mobile application. Using the socket connection and the Protobuf structured data transfer protocol allows channeling the commands from all mobile platforms to the device.
RESULT
The NIX team created an app with the hottest feature – the ability to make a 2D video from 3D / 360 ° footage. The application allows to view videos in Cardboard or Little Planet mode and make live-stream videos on Youtube or Facebook. The video editor enables many features such as: to add artistic filters or effects, make color adjustments, add audio.
