Custom Proposal Worksheet & Job Management System
A custom web-based application designed specifically for our client’s business to help them manage every aspect of proposal creation from item selection to markups and profitability. The system allows our client to manage their employee user accounts, reset passwords, manage items and consumables, create proposals and proposal revisions, print proposals, sync proposals to QuickBooks Enterprise and manage their projects. It also includes reporting and analytics to track profitability of each proposal and project.
Acumatica / FieldFlo Integration
A custom systems integration between Acumatica, a cloud-based ERP system and FieldFlo—a cloud based SaaS time tracking system for construction and field workers.
Order Barcode Scanning and Tracking System
Custom Catch needed to maximize efficiency while increasing visibility into all aspects of its new facility and came to Pell Software to design and create an application customized to optimize its unique workflow. The design streamlines the order fulfillment process including custom product creation and order shipping routines and integrates directly with the Shipstation order and shipping management system.
The system automatically procures orders and allows staff members to easily track and update the orders they are creating and shipping. Also included are reporting tools to track maker and shipper defects/exceptions.

A custom mobile-friendly web application that manages tens of thousands of users and puts them through a workflow that helps our client gain brand awareness and recognition through social media and eCommerce advertising.
Digital Signage SaaS Application
A custom mobile-friendly web application that manages a multi-tenant based digital signage system. The system integrates directly with our clients’ custom built FileMaker CRM and allows their users to register, manage their account and login credentials, view, customize and display digital signs using a wide array of settings and configurations. Data is seamlessly integrated with FileMaker via a secure web-based API to integrate customer account data, account statuses, sign data, and much more!
FieldFlo / Sage 100 Contractor Sync
A custom Windows desktop software to sync data between our client’s web based ERP application for construction and environmental companies and those companies’ Sage 100 Contractor server.
Roadrunner Services
A custom cloud-based web application designed to manage our client’s nation-wide car relocation business with over 5,000 employees and $25M in annual revenue. The system manages everything from customers to employees, quotes to orders and invoices, reporting, dashboards, alerts and more. It also contains a fully-featured mobile application built on PWA technology to allow for drivers to remotely enter data in the field and sync back to the order management system and eventually invoices and the accounting platform.
