Buldecor - Raising brand authority through design
How do you shift the perception about your brand?
This question was lingering in the minds of executives at Buldecor when they approached us. Despite their extensive portfolio and their in-house creative, technological and project management capabilities, Buldecor was perceived merely as a furnishing company.
Our team guided the management at Buldecor through workshops designed to help them gain clarity on the core values and vision for the brand as well as their messaging.
We then created a website rooted in the brand values and designed to drive home their value proposition.
MUV - Optimising user experience through design
MUV is a company based in Paraguay providing taxi-like services to its users. It connects people in need of car transport and drivers who want to offer their services in order to earn extra income.
Our client was facing fierce competition from traditional taxi companies as well as from competitors offering similar services. They needed a strong online presence through striking design and the ability to connect passengers and drivers through a platform that is intuitive and easy to use.
Our team built a website designed to help our client stand out. The information gathered at the discovery stage helped us create sharp visuals designed to support the functionality. The website is designed to grab each type of visitor and walk them through the user journey intuitively.
ParkFly Geneva - Custom CRM platform & booking system
Our partnership with ParkFly Geneva is, in many ways, exemplary of how we work with many of our clients. We start with a one-off job and develop a long-term relationship where we consult our clients and build solutions that solve problems and continuously enhance business results.
When Parkfly Geneva first approached us several years ago they were managing bookings using spreadsheets. Back then, we built a proper booking system to facilitate the process. As the company grew, operations had to be further optimised and our team was tasked with providing the solution.
As a result, we built a CRM platform that enables easy parking and bookings management, as well as contains business performance and HRM modules. Employees can handle bookings and update information on the go. Management can keep track of activities and make informed decisions. The website was also improved to inspire confidence in visitors.
We provide continuous support, improve and expand the platform as per client's needs.
Benzin.bg - A card management system that enables growth
Benzin.bg provides refuelling cards to its clients enabling them to purchase fuel and oil products at a discounted price and pay at a later date. The company serves the needs of the largest logistics, security and transportation companies across the country.
When our client approached us, they were running sizable operations out of pieces of paper. Tracking card activity and client payments and consolidating information in a timely manner was close to impossible.
Our team built a card management system integrated with the systems of all gas chains Benzin.bg works with. It provides the company with access to information on client consumption and payments, as well as the ability to manage cards with a few clicks.
We provide SLA and continue to expand and improve the system.
EuroHold - Digitalising & streamlining HR
When EuroHold approached us, they were using legacy HRM software. Documents were being processed manually, errors were being made, and a lot of time was wasted.
The company needed a software product that would allow them to streamline activities and report to institutions effortlessly.
The platform we built was the result of in-depth interviews and workshops we conducted with EuroHold at the start of the project.
Our team built a system designed to enable seamless communication between employees, HRM teams and management. It prevents loss of data, streamlines HRM operations and allows for easy reporting rooted in regulatory requirements
Decathlon - Custom HRM solution enabling easy work scheduling
Decathlon owns and operates 15 stores in Bulgaria alone. Despite its size, the company was managing work schedules, payroll and employee related processes manually using spreadsheets. This hampered operations and led to regulatory penalties and loss of information.
Our team designed a custom platform rooted in legal requirements, digitalising HRM and streamlining operations. It allows team leaders to create shift slots and each employee can choose which slot they’ll take. The system automatically marks the working time of each employees and tracks all relevant information ralating to sick leave, maternity leave, etc. The framework of the platform allows for the creation of employee profiles but of different departments as well.
In order to make the system user-friendly it is also accessible on mobile devices so employees can choose their shifts, make requests for days off, notify on sick leave etc. directly from their phones.
