As the next step in the development of their HR solution, Peopleship planned to create an entirely new platform, including a web application for their back office and reporting to their clients and a web application and mobile app for job applicants and employees to provide their feedback.
pwrteams took essential software product development steps – architecture solutions, project management, development and testing. We engaged 4-5 people o (it included frontend, mobile and backend developers) for around three months, and two months later, and finished with two specialists to round up and followed by a maintenance phase where we had one full stack developer. The rest of the team consisted of senior software developers.?

After signing a contract between pwrteams and Alpega, our company has launched the process of shortlisting the most suitable QA and testing talents, guided by the project specifics and started to hire the team. Just in 2 months, pwrteams optimized the dedicated testing team, powering it with 22 QA specialists skilled in manual and automated testing managed by QA leads. In 2 weeks 100% of knowledge and skills were transferred to pwrteams and we started a full-cycle QA servicing process.

The client's management team decided to scale their IT capacity with nearshore cross-platform development specialists. They required not only staff augmentation services but also an in-depth consultancy on app architecture and further scalability.

In the few days after signing a contract, pwrteams provided the detailed analysis of the current solution performance and provided a detailed plan for further app re-engineering. Thomas Cook Group was a leading European travel company, selling around 1.6 million trips annually, supported by 21,000 employees, and served over 22 million customers annually.

The client operated passenger airlines, package holidays, cruise lines, hotels, and resorts. They wanted to develop new features for their apps for travel booking to improve the customer experience at each step of the journey.

To further improve and scale the iQx™ platform, in 2019 the AGR Software team saw the need to build more full-stack and operational muscle. Over the past year, pwrteams managed to build a strong and reliable development team for AGR Software in its Kyiv office.

Our team supports the existing iQx™ applications and has recently helped in creating a new reserve and resource reporting software. c-Quilibrium is a Belgian FinTech company providing innovative cash supply chain optimization solutions to banks in Europe, Africa and Latin America. The company offers front-end cashpoint (ATMs, recyclers, retailer shops, branches, buffer stocks, etc) as well as back-end (cash centers) management services. In addition, c-Quilibrium helps with comprehensive integration solutions out of the box.

c-Quilibrium decided to extend their in-house team. According to c-Quilibrium Product and Delivery Director, there are mainly three qualities that they all identified with Skelia but couldn’t find with any other partners:

Our client is an international ICT player in multiple European countries, offering integrated solutions that support the entire ICT life cycle. As the client’s company continued to grow, there was an increasing need to supplement its managed IT services. With over 1,000 customers in the Benelux, the company is a reputable and highly-valued organization in the region. So, it was important for them to find a reliable local partner with nearshore service centres.

We offered a flexible staffing model to build a highly experienced dedicated engineering team in Poland according to the client’s requirements. The collaboration between the client and pwrteams lasted for over six years.
We built an ICT Operation team with up to 30 English-speaking experts responsible for server patching, installing new services, working on virtualization, networking, security, automation, upgrading services, and everything in the cloud-like Azure.
RESULTS
Our team provided 24/7 support (On-Call Duty support / Monitoring / Operations) for these directions:
Level 1 Technical support: active monitoring of IT infrastructure and spotting problems, essential support and troubleshooting, ticket routing and escalation to Level 2 support, documentation and analytics.
Level 2 and 3 support: setting up, analysing, configuring, upgrading, maintaining and improving IT systems and applications.
All ICT Operations specialists were trained in ITIL. Besides technical support engineers, the team also consisted of process and resource coordinators who ensured that the team met the client’s Response, Intervention, and Resolution SLA for all tickets.
On average, pwrteams works on about 2,000 tasks a month, more than 99.5% of which are resolved on time.

pwrteam' team leverages both manual and automation testing capabilities to support the entire QA cycle. For Showpad’s specific needs, this usually requires around 9 QA professionals from pwrteams, but the number varies depending on the workload. The QA testers work as a cohesive extension of Showpad’s team.

Overall, our team solves all possible QA tasks: test planning, test design, API testing and automation, UI web automation (TestCafe mostly and Selenium), UI iOS native automation, and regression testing, among many others.
As the partnership in the QA area continues to run smoothly, the client decided to broaden our cooperation and addressed our Mobile Lab. Since 2021, we have started to work on the support of their mobile app and the development of new features. We are responsible for the Android architecture part and integration within other ecosystem tools.

We helped to build Find.me’s Data Science model right from scratch. This model contained a mixture of analytic approaches for Find.me/mycar:
1. Analysis and processing of static, content-based models;
2. Dynamic, collaborative filtering models for individual items, based on user actions and preferences;
3. Dynamic, collaborative filtering models for subcategories, based on user actions and preferences;
4. A rule-based model that combined collaborative subcategories and content-based models.

At present, the basic platform for car search with virtual assistance is complete and successfully launched on the market. Find.me/mycar helps people find the best option for their future car easily and it saves them tons of hours they would have needed to spend on the internet. They get a personalized offer, based on a proprietary developed matching algorithm.

ETwater, a Jain Irrigation company, is the only smart irrigation company with a patent to centrally process big data to implement predictive watering schedules based on plant types, soil and slope conditions, and environmental factors.

pwrteams' partnership with ETwater started in 2014, and the two companies sparked fruitful cooperation that has been active for 6 years now.
Our mission was to transition the ETwater platform from the monolith architecture to microservices and deploy it on Amazon Cloud. The team was in charge of architecture design and core system development for a smart irrigation platform that manages water flow through controllers.
THE RESULTS
pwrteams successfully developed a new cloud-based microservice solution for the client. All major enterprise accounts successfully transitioned their water management to the new platform and were excited about the enhanced functionality and cost savings.
