ERP + E-commerce Website for Furniture Manufacturer
Sabhi Digital created an ERP + eCommerce Platform for a leading brand in the Furniture Industry to manage their business online. This portal gives the client tools to effectively manage their inventory and streamline the whole manufacturing process.
The system provides our client's customers access to the comprehensive furniture collection anytime and anywhere along with a module for interactive enquiry/ordering and pricing negotiations.
Front End
A beautiful b2b e-commerce website was built as front end for the project. It had all necessary features for the clients to log in and select durniture items they liked with effecting filtering features.
Back End
Enquiry Module –
Unlike a single finalized cart, here we have given you a way to interact with buyer through enquiry module. Here are few features of Enquiry Module –
You can apply a discount to all products listed in the enquiry.
It is a multicurrency system, where seller can add amount in INR and buyer will see in his preferred currency.
Buyer can comment on product and you can reply to them, Comment can be used for requesting some modification in the item or can be used for negotiation.
Admin side you will be shown actual rate, revised rate and rate for customer, you can change individual rates for that particular customer. Rates will only be visible when you provide.
Buyer/Seller can delete a product from cart, deleted product will be marked red, but if buyer wants, he can add the product again without need of finding it again from the shop.
Buyer can see Total CBM of items he is ordering so that he know in how many containers he will need the material.
Once enquiry is finalized, both buyer and seller will get a Excel, containing all details of ordered products.
Customer Management –
Customer can sign-up using a sign-up form, but he will be able to login only when seller approves him. While approving, seller can provide few details -
Preferred currency of buyer
Price (To show or not in shop)
Discount, if some default discount is given on base price to the customer.
Customer Alias, so that other staff do not know exact name of the customer while working on online system.
Products Management -
Products, temporarily can be added by supervisor by his mobile clicking photo from mobile, these will be shown in mobile added products, once designer updates edited images, it is removed from mobile added products.

Hotel Locator Platform for Fern Hotels & Resorts
Fern Hotels & Resorts, in collaboration with National Geographic Channel tied up with Sabhi Digital as a Tech Partner to build a platform for water conservation under their Save Water Initiative.
With a presence in 35+ cities spanning across various states throughout India, It was a challenge to get every Fern hotel on one platform and to enable bookings or requests for fixing leaking taps. To make this campaign a grand success, it was crucial for Fern to engage as many people as possible through their franchise network across India.
A bigger challenge was to create a direct impact on the public, not just making people aware about this project but also making people conscious about water conservation in their general lives, and thus making the project a part of their life to ensure more saving of water.
To continue conserving water efficiently at a faster pace, it became important to develop a platform which facilitated showcasing of all this data in user-friendly readable form, on an easily navigable platform, which can be browsed across India. Hence, the need for a mobile-friendly website exclusively for this project was acknowledged.
Front-end
Sabhi Digital built a Hotel Locator Platform for the users to search for the nearest Fern Hotel and participate in this Water Conservation Campaign by submitting a request for change of Tap. The platform also showcased total water saved till date, number of taps replaced acoompanied with replcaement pics and videos, and listed that hotel which has been leading the campaign along with other relevant details. User interface comprised of a Map Locator Platform which showcased all Fern Hotels along with their specifics.
So, this not only displayed data regarding the water conservation project, but also efficiently showcased information regarding the Fern hotels throughout India.
Back-end
Sabhi Digital worked on comprehensive Admin Panels for Super Admin and individual Hotel Managers, and provided the client team handling the campaign smart analytical reports for the campaign.
It also had granular user level logins based on access rights to check relevant reports at country, city and hotel level.
Super Admin and Hotel Manager can easily log in through their Mobile/PC and punch in relevant information regarding all tasks, and keep track of all tap replacements, and generate timely notifications, and keep track of all the request and inquiries.

Digital Platform for Boosting Tourism Ecosystem
Jodhpur is the only Indian city ranked 15 in the Top 52 places for tourism in 2020 published by The New York Times.
Sabhi Digital developed this Landmark Locator Platform by tweaking its Core Product - Portolio Display Solution to help Jodhpur Tourism Department and Jodhpur Collectorate and came up with an innovative digital way to enhance the tourism ecosytem for the City of Jodhpur.
It covers all major tourist landmarks for the city on one single platform in Virtual Reality along with all specific details for those locations. The grandeur of the majestic destinations is well captured through Virtual Tours, and attracts people all over the world to come to the city.

Hotel Chandra Inn, one of the most renowned hotels in Rajasthan, is known for its elegance, hospitality and cuisine. Chandra Inn is a huge hotel consisting of various facilities like rooms, halls, restaurant, garden, etc., which are often booked out separately during weddings, parties, events, or conferences. When people want to book these sections, they have to visit the hotel to see it themselves. When prospects who cannot visit ask for quotations, they are sent pictures of rooms, banquet halls, garden, etc. This is a challenging and tedious task.
Another challenge was that so many pictures could not be segregated and put up on the website. Moreover, pictures don’t do justice to the look and feel of these spaces.

Virtual Tour Website for Large Real Estate Player
Arihant Superstructures is a renowned real estate development company in India even listed on National Stock Exchange. They were looking for new ways to market their townships/villas efficiently.
Obviously, in this digital age, website is one of the first things prospects look for when dealing with businesses, with your website now being your Virtual Visiting Card. But, with traditional media, like pictures & videos, or usual websites, it is often very difficult to get a feel of the Flat/Villa without actually visiting it in person.
The client asked for an intereactive website for their real estate projects such that customers can actually visit the site without actually visiting!

Hotel Chandra Inn, one of the most renowned hotels in Rajasthan, is known for its elegance, hospitality and cuisine. Situated in the heart of Jodhpur, Chandra Inn has 67 spacious and well-furnished guest rooms, connected by an alluring lobby. The rooms have great views and the hotel is particularly proud of its interiors. The hotel also consists of beautiful banquet halls for weddings, meetings and events. The hotel also has an in-house restaurant called ‘The PawanSagar Restaurant’, known for serving delicious Indian food and a variety of cuisines.
Special Highlight of the Chandra Inn Virtual Tour A specific menu was created on the Virtual Tour website which showcased direct navigation to a specific banquet hall, room or garden. The Pawan Sagar restaurant was also added to the same list on the menu. Keeping in mind the purpose and requirements of this particular 360 Virtual Tour, an enquiry form was also added to the website where a person could address their queries on specific portions of the hotel.
360° Virtual Tour Website for Housing Industry — Love Homes
Love Homes 360° Virtual Tour was created successfully. Once approved, it was put up on the website live and also embedded to their primary website.
Each virtual tour is a different experience for us. Facing a new challenge for each Virtual Tour and overcoming them successfully, we feel like we become smarter with each virtual tour created for the clients.
The special highlights about this project were the following:
A floor layout plan was added on the top right-hand side of VT Screen. And on that layout, a bird eyed view was shown highlighting the parts which were being shown in the virtual tour. This enabled the viewers to understand the floor plan and interiors well.
Virtual Tours of 1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK apartments were covered separately and showed on the website using the customized menu bar and categorized well in an organized manner. This would aid filtering for the viewers as well as publicizing for the sellers. One advantage of this separate coverage was that links for 1BHK, 2BHK or 3BHK could be shared individually, without having to share the entire virtual tour to a prospective client.
