Soft-Loft has greatly contributed to this service, which is successfully developing and growing today. Since our team started work on the project, we have managed to achieve over 400 objectives of varying difficulty, including integration and customization.

In our work, we made it a top priority to integrate external systems into the store’s online portal. These systems included PIMS (content and product management in 2 languages), COMS (order processing), and MCOM (order management). Additionally, it was important for us to make sure that the project was easily scalable, had top-level security protections, and operated flawlessly.

Soft-Loft assisted H&M in introducing the brand to key markets in the Middle East – The United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia.
The Soft-Loft team was tasked with several ambitious goals, which could only be achieved with close cooperation between the business and marketing teams. Throughout the project, we achieved over 1000 different objectives, from customization to integration with external systems.
