Dogiz is a project developed from the MVP stage up to the great SaaS for petcare business. While the platform was working, the solution was scaled without any technical issues to let it start monetization
Result:
The user-friendly interface for CRM was successfully created, in spite of a really complicated solution and requirements for data analytics.Our team kept the continuous application working, whilst implementing the new, complicated business logic to enable the project to generate revenue.
According to the requirement, the platform was supposed to be online whilst scaling.
Actually, it was the main challenge for our team. However, with our current expertise, we provided the normal workflow of a CRM system and kept the system working without any bugs.
VideoNext is a SaaS application for video streaming company

The USA customer had already had active desktop applications and soft technical requirements for our team, they were not relevant for web development.
Project:
VideoNext is a 10 years old SaaS for managing video surveillance that came to us with the desire to make a pivot. Our goal was to create a new product.
Result:
Our team let customers look at the business model from the other hand. We analyzed the competitors, the existing product and brought out the technical specifications for the SaaS model, instead of expanding the development team.
We provided business analyst and interface designer. After 3 months, the client started changing his current business model.The new strategy allowed the client to visibly reduce development costs since C ++ developers have higher salaries and simplify business scaling.
Within 2 years, we launched 2 online platforms with access for current customers and developed a mobile platform for new customers.

The customer from the Netherlands requested to us with an idea to create an AI solution for the music industry.
Project:
Noticesound is a SaaS to predict musical talents. Startup from scratch developed a successful MVP and expanded development.
Result:
Firstly, we guaranteed that if we hadn’t demonstrated enough level of involvement in scaling business, we would do the cashback.
We had validated the idea and made a number of researches to prove that there was no need in AI on the stage of MVP. It allowed us to save money and raise funds.

About the client
Our clients' location - the USA, he received an excellent level of communication and the delivery of his product.
Due to our experienced doctoral level stuff, we provided the client with the hardware prototyping and development.
The client received a sensor which was installed in his hostels in a short term which is quite rare for the hardware development - 3 months.
The challenge
The main task of the system is automation to create contracts. Since the scope of the system is jurisprudence, it is necessary to create a legal agreements for various types of civil cases
Delivered value
The whole project allowed the client to reduce the number of his employees down to 1 person.
