The Field Musuem
The Field Museum is one of Chicago’s top research institutions and top tourist attractions, yet it struggled to find ways to connect with users online. So they called on us for a research project designed to identify what users want.
Through surveys, interviews, user observations, modified card sorts, competitive analysis and Google Analytics and Crazy Egg tracking, we were able to turn evidence into insights for a new digital strategy. Then we designed and built a responsive website to put those ideas into action. Today we’re continuing to test and iterate on new ways to connect with users.

Roger Ebert
Roger Ebert wanted a website to host his archive and feature the work of movie critics he admired. He charged Table XI with bringing his vision to life. Keiser
Keiser came to us with big plans. The more than 30-year-old maker of high-end fitness equipment — think training machines for NASA and the MLB — was preparing a huge marketing push ahead of their conference season. Dickson
Since 1923, family-owned Dickson has manufactured the temperature, pressure and humidity sensors that make our refrigerators, warehouses, labs and manufacturing facilities run safely. And since 2002, Table XI has been helping secure Dickson’s future through technology. We started by helping Dickson’s team understand their users’ behavior, then worked our way into revamping their entire e-commerce strategy.
As a technology partner though, our job is to identify new ways to grow their business. That’s why we’re proud to announce the launch of the DicksonOne app, a centralized hub for product data that’s giving Dickson an opportunity to own a slice of the Internet of Things.

Spice House
Spice House has been a client of Table XI’s for 15 years, so when they came to us wanting a new website, we had an enormous amount of data to draw on. Being able to apply season after season of real user data gave us a new approach to ecommerce conversion optimization:

So far that approach has netted Spice House a 66 percent conversion rate increase and a 35 percent increase in ecommerce revenue year-over-year.

Northwestern University
Core facility management at Northwestern had the kind of complexity only custom software could solve. Sixty research facilities across two campuses were using a patchwork of systems to track usage and manage payments. To meet their varied needs, Table XI developed NUcore to serve as a single, seamless and transparent core facility management software. By creating a flexible tool, we’ve earned more than 90 percent adoption. Now administrators can get a clear picture of each core’s utilization and staff can spend less time on accounting.

Sprout San Francisco
Sprout San Francisco came to us in 2012 wanting to develop a mobile app for parents searching for non-toxic and eco-friendly baby gear. We looked into the business and realized there was an opportunity to grow sales with a baby registry-building iPhone app.
Four years later, we had a ton of user data, an updated e-commerce platform to integrate with and a whole new set of mobile development best practices. In 2016, we launched an overhauled app that gives users more functionality and gives Sprout a platform for massive potential e-commerce growth.
