Tech4biz Solutions has assisted us with a range of engineering activities. We started the project by engaging in one on one sessions with the team and walking them through our applications. Then, we integrated Tech4biz Solutions into our existing workflow to get them up to speed, so they could start contributing to our projects. Although the Tech4biz Solutions team has worked alongside us to create a few applications from scratch, they’ve mostly been responsible for maintaining and growing our existing platforms. For example, they’ve created new versions of our loan origination system (LOS) and product pricing engine (PPE). Additionally, they’ve built our workflow engine and automated specific tasks. In terms of technology, they’ve used .NET, Azure, InRule, and Angular. The team has also conducted case studies to compare our software development lifecycle with the industry standard and identify bottlenecks. They’ve also studied our QA processes and stepped in to help with design work as needed. In one instance, they designed a new system that we later implemented.
