Credit card management software development
Following a series of successful collaborations on mobile app development projects, our long-term client approached Touchlane with a new venture – developing a credit card management application from scratch for Finland’s largest retail network. Launched in February 2024, the project falls under the staff augmentation model.
The application supports the client by providing a secure, intuitive, and efficient card management experience.
Touchlane completed the development within the agreed timeline. We have received positive feedback both from the client and the app’s users. This project stood out thanks to its multiple integrations, which have become standard in Touchlane’s work.
Our team handled it confidently and delivered an app that runs fast, works smoothly, and meets all of the client’s requirements without a hitch. This result strengthens the foundation of our long-term collaboration and reflects the trust we have built through consistent, high-quality work.
Shape
A Swedish startup partnered with Touchlane to create a health and fitness application for a specific demographic – women aged 35 and above. Although the founders lacked software development experience, they had a clear vision. Their main objectives were to create an MVP in four months and accomplish a very particular, sophisticated design style.
The app is now in a pre-release state.
Our team is on track to deliver the MVP within the four-month timeframe and within budget, as well. We have established a solid working relationship with the client: the final design and the transparent and candid communication process were praised by the startup's founders.
This project stands as a model for how we partner with non-technical founders and combine expert design interpretation with step-by-step guidance to turn an idea into a launched product.
Cross-platform insurance app for drivers
A new client partnered with Touchlane to develop a mobile insurance solution for drivers. The idea was straightforward yet ambitious – create an application that reimburses part of traffic fines regardless of liability and offer an alternative to traditional insurance models.
The project demanded a working MVP within just eight weeks. The solution had to cover the complete product cycle, including backend, admin panel, and payment system.
Touchlane’s engineers delivered a full MVP in eight weeks, within budget. Our team presented the client with several solution options to address each challenge and minimize the costs. Using the new app drivers can upload a fine, pay a small processing fee, and receive up to 30% compensation through the application's straightforward reimbursement process.
The app is now available on the App Store and Google Play.
Promo App
The full-scale project required a complex approach as Touchlane specialists took responsibility for the complete cycle of development, from building sophisticated backend features to inserting top-notch frontend solutions for both mobile platforms and the admin panel.
The development included the optimization of Firebase via integration with Hazelcast, multiple integrations with Mapbox, Okta & Tetrapak, full UI redesign, and implementation of a bunch of in-app features like intuitive map navigation, easy barcode scanning, and language switch for better user experience.
Collagy
Having launched the Collagy app, the initial developer faced significant bugs and issues that needed to be fixed quickest possible. The Client approached Touchlane team with a request to perform the complex app improvement by fixing the crushes, updating the interface as well as providing the opportunity for advertisement placement in order to enhance the overall Collagy performance.
Operating on a tight schedule, our Android expert performed manifold bug repair, updated UI design, adding new features like a smart photo search, new buttons, and photo editing tools as well as set complex integrations with push notification services which solved the problem with ad placement in the app.
Partnership with Finnish IT Consultancy Company
Due to the lack of high-qualified developers on the local market, Finnish IT Consultancy Company was looking for a reliable software development partner which could stand solid for quality, flexibility and transparency while wiping away all communication issues inherent in outsourcing.
2 years of mutual fruitful cooperation resulted in development team growth from 2 to 11 members. Custom dedicated team is working independently now, covering both mobile app and back-end development, QA and support. Moreover, Touchlane has applied for Technical partner status to exclusively represent Finnish IT Consultancy Company in Belarus.

It may seem that creating beautiful pictures requires plenty of time and effort but we’ve set an ambitious goal to prove it wrong. At Touchlane, we decided to develop an efficient free photo editor app Netapix that would help to get professional results right away.
To complete this multifaceted project, our team conducted numerous experiments to develop solid backend based on a complex technology of neural networks for image copying and editing, created simple yet catchy UX/UI, implemented more than 100 manifold presets and tools to ensure a smooth user experience and spotless photo results.
