ERP solution for the construction industry
In order to reduce internal costs for logistics and document flow, we have developed a cross-platform mobile application using the React Native framework. It allows to remotely control the execution of tasks by field workers, generate accompanying documentation, as well as implement the full cycle of relations within the contractor organization by using various levels of access for subcontractors, team leaders, foremen, and organization leaders. We integrated Stripe's payments APIs for the management of payment plans and subscriptions, which made it possible to reduce the time for developing identical functionality on the site by 2-6 weeks and significantly cut the final cost of the project for the client. As a result, we developed a comprehensive SaaS solution for sale to B2B customers allowing them to optimize monitoring of field workers safety
Ultimate tool for generating passwords
For this project we chose Flutter, which has allowed us to create a cross-platform, high-performance low-cost application in a short time. The password is generated using two strategies and a developed interaction algorithm. On the first strategy, the password is generated based on user-selected parameters such as length, letter case, amount of numbers and symbols. The second strategy utilizes a dictionary of over 58000 words with an option to choose the password length and a word separator. Using all the incrementors results in generating a secure password that will take centuries to crack.
The MD5 function was added to the application to retrieve the 128-bit hash value of a password to prevent entering the generated password into online converters and increase safety. The application is implemented as a PWA and does not require a network connection, which makes it even more secure and safe to use. For convenience, the last used increment combination as well as the application theme (light or dark) are saved to local storage, and thanks to the password strength indicator users can immediately see how secure the generated password is.
Development of automated arbitrage trading system
We conducted a deep business idea analysis and designed the future product architecture. To attract more users and generate interest in the product, we developed a working referral system and a convenient and unique authentication mechanism based on the device fingerprint technology. This made the product stand out from similar solutions in the crypto-trading market. To improve product usability and customer satisfaction, we had proposed and developed a Progressive Web App (PWA), which allowed end users to conveniently access their account, even without an Internet connection. To solve the management problems, we built a custom CRM platform for managing teams of developers and customer data analyzing. Using CI/CD practices, our DevOps engineers configured a reliable automated deployment of software changes, moving away from manual deployment and solving the related problems. We developed a white-label product of the arbitrage module and configured its automated deployment for business clients. Also, we improved and expanded the technical documentation of the product
Supply chain digitization in agriculture sector
The project was separated into two stages and was implemented independently of each other. At the first stage, we developed a database with multi-user access and a CRM system to ensure control over the information about suppliers, its collection and storage. Due to the specifics of the business and a large number of field workers in remote areas, we developed a cross-platform mobile application using PhoneGap with offline mode support. Additionally, we developed an algorithm for data synchronization when purchasing clerks come back and access the network. We also provided integration of our solution with electronic weighing scales for reading batch data and filling the database automatically.
The challenge of the second stage was the digitization of business processes and the development of an ERP system for the supply chain and document management. We examined the customer's business, described and visualized all major components of the supply chain through BPMN, including Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Return. We designed the application architecture and organized the control and management of data. As a result, the client got an ERP system for managing the supply chain and day-to-day business activities.
Cross-platform app for municipal publication
When developing a web tool for publishers, it was necessary to create a database with reliable information on the German energy sector. Retrieved via the API, we aggregated the industry data from a government resource and enabled the client company's publishers to work with it. Additionally, we developed a web builder to generate charts and comparison tables based on this data to easily integrate them into publications both on the client's and third-party resources.
We used the React Native framework to develop a mobile app, and the cross-platform approach made it possible to cut the development costs by 40% and get applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
Our solution provides the ability to save previously opened articles to a local storage and read them without the network access. We designed and implemented an authorization system to separate the accessible content for two groups of users. To view the magazine in PDF format, we integrated a convenient viewer into the mobile application using the rn-pdf-reader-js library. We also deployed the application to the App Store and prepared all the accompanying documentation.
ICO tech consulting and blockchain development
We delivered services including token creation, smart contract development and deployment, and integration of ICO campaign analytics and tracking tools. As an R&D result, we implemented a set of tools to the BCT including a crypto market news aggregator, app for trading, price comparison tool, and exchange trading analytics. We developed a software architecture for a hardware product as well as a remote monitoring and management (RMM) system and a custom Debian-based OS for its management. We created smart contracts according to the ERC-20 standard. We also designed an algorithm and application for automated token distribution among stakeholders’ wallets of ICO participants to reduce gas consumption and transactions time in the Ethereum network. We provided Trezor hard wallet & Ledger Nano integration and developed a multi-signature wallet to protect investors from lost and stolen keys, integrated KYC verification to verify applicants’ identities and increase project trust.
Platform for managing a distributed team of transcribers
During the project, we took part in the development of a large quantity of 3D furniture models and other interior elements. We fully developed the logic of the Rubens configurator work and described the relationships between models and filter elements.
Launch of a new coastal delivery service
We analyzed customers’ requirements and proposed a technical solution based on PWAs and integration with the Shopify platform. We developed a system for receiving and processing orders, payment acceptance, accounting, and goods delivery. The customer app allowed to place an order, and the driver app was used to manage orders and locate customers using their geo-coordinates. PWA allows clients to use the delivery service without installing the application on the smartphone, just by scanning QR codes placed in the coastal area. We integrated our solution with Shopify to add the warehouse accounting and payment system to the service that helped reduce final project development costs. We quickly tested the hypothesis and developed an MVP by preparing everything in time for a successful product launch for the season
Reverse engineering and product development
Our team was hired as tech experts on large data volumes processing and as development professionals. We conducted deep business analysis, modeled data, and designed the future platform architecture. To solve the problem of staff turnover, we offered the development of a convenient mobile application for medical workers. The application was supposed to be an organizer for employees with the functions of work schedules management, time tracking, navigation, and payroll monitoring, as well as in the capacity of a staff training system. Digital transformation of logistics company
Through R&D, we had tested several hypotheses from which we created individual products to satisfy the customer's clients’ needs. In the form of PWA, we developed a unique solution for drivers to carry out their activities with no need to install a large number of third-party apps. To automate operators' work, we developed the Transport management system (TMS) and, using API, fulfilled its integration with the existing SAP on the market. To enhance business processes transparency, we implemented an electronic document management and reporting system.
Blockchain platform for the Hedge fund industry
We conducted research and designed a software architecture using blockchain as a core technology. Our team designed a global ecosystem that allows recording a hedge fund’s transaction and compliance data onto a private blockchain. We developed a solution based on AWS and network-attached storage (NAS), which enables secure data storage and its recovery from the cloud. To provide a successful product launch on the market we designed and wrote a detailed whitepaper and provided professional on-site software deployment.
System for passenger transportation automation
Our design team created a mobile UI meeting all market requirements, which allowed the customer to increase his product competitiveness and end-user satisfaction. We developed a landing page builder for online route searching and tickets booking, which made the customer's product customizable and flexible for his clients.
Free and confidential activity app
We developed a cross-platform mobile application using GPS functions to save user's location data for future sending to its contacts in case of an accident. We provided PWA for users and a web application for data management. Our designers team developed corporate identity for the client's product.
Remote monitoring and equipment management app
In a short period of time, we managed to modernize a large project in the field of telecommunications and IoT. For the consideration of the customer, we have developed a PoC solution and rewrote all code to transfer the project from Flex / Flash technology to HTML5. The interface of the application has been completely overhauled, significantly improving the user experience as a result. We provide IMCI with an initial approach document detailing all proposed toolsets.
