The platform is used to manage the machines after they are sold (digital twin), monitor the systems (IIoT), plan maintenance and service as well as control them in advance (predictive maintenance), and place after-sales offers.
For the new digital platform, the competencies of WaveAccess and Transaction-Network, a German company for the development of digital ecosystems specifically for mechanical engineering, were combined. Together, they have been creating an integrative, all encompassing, platform that optimizes the interaction between people, systems, machines and platforms.

Telecommunication companies are constantly exposed to fraud attacks. There are attempts to gain access by using fake IP addresses, stolen credit card numbers, password matching and other attacks. Smart crop monitoring solution
Challenge:
Once harvested, crops are vulnerable to decay caused by environmental conditions, as well as damage during harvesting, transportation, or storage. The spot of decay can spread dramatically and it is crucial to notice this in time and prevent spread of rot and ultimately save the crop. However, the onset of the decay process can be determined by an increase in temperature within the stored crop pile or in a bulk of grain being stored. And this is where our IoT solution comes into play.
Solution:
cropSave is a hardware and software suite, comprising a web monitoring app built on the Thingsboard CE IoT platform and LoRaWAN devices (thermal rods), which were developed by our team.
How it works:
Multiple thermal rods are positioned throughout the stored crops, ensuring even distribution across the entire area. Each thermal rod is composed of several 1-meter-long pieces, equipped with temperature sensors, allowing temperature monitoring at various depths within the stored crops. Whenever the temperature in a specific area increases more rapidly than the ambient temperature, an alarm is promptly displayed in the app. The trend in temperature inside the storage and outside from the weather station or from the non-immersed part of the thermal rod can be tracked on a graph.
The thermal rod is water- and dust-resistant, flexible, and resistant to mechanical influences. It is an autonomous device powered by a durable Li-SoCl2 battery. It includes a GPS sensor for precise location tracking within the storage facility, an accelerometer for theft protection, and a LoRaWAN module for transmitting data to the cloud monitoring solution via a LoRaWAN gateway.
To build our solution, we utilized the LoRaWAN WisBlock modules, sensors, and gateways provided by RAKwireless. The LoRaWAN standard offers low power consumption and extensive coverage.
Results:
By employing our solution, we anticipate that our customers will be able to reduce crop losses by 20%.
SaaS AI lead capture app
CaptureNow, the SaaS solution provider for consumer-based law firms, had a tight timeframe to develop their product before the go-to-market launch. Once the proof-of-concept was developed, they realized they didn’t feel comfortable enough to build their own dev team and meet the deadline. They decided to engage us to develop a multi-tenant portal for lead capture and customer experience management. The system was supposed to serve as a core to create AI legal assistants.
Milestones:
We collaborated to architect the app so that it could scale as much as the client wanted, so we factored in overnight explosive growth capabilities.
