India-based offshore team delivers a revolutionary product for a market-leading stakeholder management firm
We provided space at the WeAssemble co-working office for the new Queenswood crew. We built this area to provide developers a chance to work more together and expand their communities.
On a dedicated Slack channel, Queenswood's new development team communicated with them frequently and shared sprint reports. Regular communication made sure that the project was completed correctly and that Queenswood's suggestions were quickly put into practise.
Maple
How Maple’s augmented development team delivered a key product under tight time constraints.
We created job descriptions for every position, taking Maple's criteria into consideration, and shared them with our internal hiring staff.
Our recruiters interacted with a group of specially chosen engineers who were knowledgeable with Maple's technology.
