Xero-to-Odoo ERP Migration with AI Invoice Processing
Challenge:
This solar panel company sells at roughly $100M per year. At that volume, cost is everything: margins live and die on how precisely each expense is tracked, job site by job site. But the company was growing faster than its financial tools could keep up. Leadership couldn't see costs clearly, let alone control them in real time. Financial history was locked in Xero, invoices arrived faster than they could be entered by hand, and answering "where is our money going" meant exports, spreadsheets, and waiting.
Solution:
Webisoft migrated the client to Odoo and transferred its full financial history from Xero, with complete continuity and no data loss. On that foundation, we added AI-powered invoice detection, which ingests every incoming invoice and extracts its data automatically, with no manual entry required. We then built an analytics layer for cost control: live pivot tables on real data, broken down by job site, category, and period, with no exports needed.
Results:
The client now runs on Odoo with its entire Xero history intact. Invoices are captured automatically by AI, at the pace of the business rather than the pace of manual entry. Leadership sees and steers costs in real time, at the level of detail a $100M operation demands, working from today's numbers instead of last month's spreadsheet. Cost tracking stopped being a bottleneck and became a lever for decision-making.
Interim CTO & Emergency Engineering Stabilization
Challenge:
After a sudden leadership and staffing change, our client was left with no CTO and no engineering team, just two designers and one product expert, while live production systems carried mounting security risk and stakeholder pressure was building fast.
Solution:
Webisoft placed an Interim CTO within days, who ran a comprehensive technical audit across 55 code repositories covering architecture, security, licensing, and operational readiness. Webisoft simultaneously deployed a senior DevOps engineer to reinforce cloud and infrastructure security, a senior full-stack developer for day-to-day product stability, and an on-call native mobile developer.

Challenge:
Our client operates in a compliance-heavy environment where every action is subject to strict regulatory oversight. Spreadsheet Replacement Turned SaaS Product
Challenge:
Our client relied on an internal ERP platform to manage complex engineering workflows, but a core process, weight calculations for offshore drilling platforms, was still handled through slow, error-prone spreadsheets. Beyond fixing this internal bottleneck, they wanted to know whether the solution could be turned into something they could offer to partners and clients across the industry.
Solution:
Webisoft formed a dedicated team to modernize the client's ERP platform and build a custom calculation tool that replaced manual spreadsheet work, cutting calculation time from hours to minutes and improving accuracy. As internal adoption proved the concept, Webisoft worked with the client's leadership to turn the tool into a secure, scalable, client-facing SaaS product, including support for pricing, onboarding, and ongoing operations.
Impact:
What began as an internal utility is now a SaaS product with 10 active clients and growing, generating recurring revenue for the client.

Solana Team and In-House Engineering Transition
Challenge:
Our client was building an ambitious multi-chain trading platform, including staking, governance, and liquidity pools, with a roadmap targeting $100M in tokenized assets. Their technology had been built by an external EVM-based contractor, and they needed to transition to a dedicated in-house engineering capability without losing momentum on a securely-timed token relaunch.
Solution:
Webisoft deployed a Solana-focused engineering team to manage the transition, oversee the token relaunch, and onboard new in-house developers. At the strategic level, Webisoft provided CTO-led discovery to align technology with business goals, ran high-level security audits, and built an IT budget plan. At the execution level, Webisoft supplied blockchain engineers for multi-chain DeFi features, backend/frontend developers, and QA, UI/UX, and project management support.

Blockchain Traceability and AI Sorting R&D
Challenge:
Our client wanted to move beyond responsible electronics disposal and turn recycling into a tech-driven, value-generating business line, using blockchain for supply-chain traceability and AI to streamline sorting and cut inefficiencies. They needed a technical partner who could prove commercial viability, not just build a prototype.
Solution:
Webisoft ran a structured Phase 1 R&D engagement: building a blockchain ledger (on Hyperledger) for transparent, verifiable recycling records; developing an AI image-recognition proof of concept to reduce sorting costs and increase throughput; and designing a client-facing application prototype that doubled as a potential monetization platform. Webisoft worked directly with the client's ERP, sales, and operations stakeholders to ensure every feature mapped to a real business need.

Secure Blockchain Build for Deloitte
Introduction:
Webisoft partnered with Deloitte to build a secure, scalable blockchain infrastructure for its M&A Corporate Finance practice, combining smart contracts, identity verification, and a decentralized audit trail dashboard with the transparency and traceability the engagement required. The six-month project ran from January to June 2025, integrating with Deloitte's existing legacy systems rather than replacing them outright.

Mobile Recruitment App for Staffly
Introduction:
Webisoft partnered with Staffly to bring the intelligence of its desktop recruitment platform to a mobile-first experience, building native iOS and Android apps without sacrificing the functionality recruiters already relied on. The eighteen-month engagement, running from March 2023 to September 2024, delivered assessment modules, recruiter dashboards, push notifications, offline functionality, AI integration, and localization support.
Challenge:
Staffly needed a mobile app that kept the intelligence of its desktop platform but reimagined for an intuitive, responsive mobile experience. That meant translating an established recruitment tool into a mobile-first format without losing the functionality recruiters already relied on.
Solution:
Webisoft built iOS and Android assessment modules, recruiter dashboards, push notifications, offline functionality, AI integration, and localization support. The build ran from March 2023 to September 2024, a roughly eighteen-month engagement.
Impact/Result:
Assessment completion rates improved notably, support requests were reduced, and users appreciated the real-time feedback and scheduling tools. The founder credited the combination of technical depth and human-centered design as what made the platform stand out to end users.
Blockchain Payment Onramp for Payment Labs
Introduction:
Webisoft built a blockchain onramp for Payment Labs, bridging traditional fiat payment rails with cryptocurrency so payees could choose their preferred payout method beyond standard bank transfers. Using Python, Node.js, and TypeScript, the team structured the platform to support future feature development rather than a one-off integration. The five-month engagement ran from June to November 2022, automating payment processes without manual intervention.
Challenge:
Payment Labs wanted to offer payees more options beyond bank transfers, including cryptocurrency, which meant bridging traditional fiat payment rails with blockchain-based methods.
Solution: Webisoft built a blockchain onramp from fiat to cryptocurrency using Python, Node.js, and TypeScript, structured to support future feature development rather than a one-off integration. The engagement ran from June to November 2022.

Secure Verification Platform for Estate Agents
Introduction:
Webisoft partnered with Estate Agent Networking, a UK-based real estate network, to build a more secure and transparent system for verifying service providers connecting agents to outside vendors. Starting with a discovery phase, the team designed a blockchain-integrated solution with a secure backend, provider verification, and platform integration. The engagement ran from February to April 2026

Introduction:
Webisoft partnered with OMC, Inc, a Beverly Hills-based investment management firm, to build a scalable, high-performing platform with strong UX and room for long-term growth. The two-year engagement, from January 2024 to January 2026, covered the full development cycle: strategy, UI/UX design, backend and frontend build, integrations, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. OMC required a scalable, high-performing platform with strong UX and room for long-term growth, needs that carry particular weight in the investment management space where reliability and speed affect user trust.
Solution:
Webisoft ran the full development cycle: strategy, UI/UX design, backend and frontend build, integrations, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. The two-year engagement ran from January 2024 to January 2026.
Impact:

Custom Ticketing Platform for CF Montreal
Challenge:
CF Montréal needed a ticketing platform built specifically for the professional club's needs, to handle ticket sales and management for all of its Major League Soccer matches at home in Montreal, Quebec.
Solution:
Webisoft built a ticketing platform designed around the club's requirements, aimed at supporting secure ticket purchasing and ticket management for the organization.
Impact:
The club gained a dedicated ticketing solution tailored to its own operations rather than a generic, off-the-shelf system.
Community Platform Development for Genium360
Challenge:
Genium360 needed a way to bring engineers together in one place, so members could access resources, rebates, and training and stay current on industry developments, rather than relying on scattered or disconnected channels.
Solution:
Webisoft built a community platform connecting engineers with each other and with resources, rebates, and training opportunities, combining e-commerce functionality with a UX/UI design geared toward professional networking.

The platform gives Genium360's members a supportive network for collaboration and knowledge-sharing, helping engineers grow and stay current in their careers.
Resource Lending Platform for Miriam Foundation
Challenge:
Miriam Foundation needed a way to get educational materials (assistive technology, specialized learning toys, sensory items, and adapted learning tools) into the hands of specialists teaching children with disabilities, who otherwise face gaps in access to the right resources.
Solution:
Webisoft built MateriaTech, a platform for lending these materials to specialists, connecting available resources with the children and educators who need them.
Impact/Result:
The project helps bridge the access gap for children with disabilities, giving specialists a way to secure the tools and support their students need to learn and grow.
Shopify E-Commerce Platform for TennisZon
Challenge:
TennisZon needed an online store that could showcase a wide range of tennis equipment from top brands while giving shoppers an easy, reliable way to browse and buy, without building payment and hosting infrastructure from scratch.
Solution:
Webisoft built the platform on Shopify, with user-friendly navigation, clear product descriptions, and high-quality product images across categories like rackets, balls, shoes, and apparel.
Impact:
The Shopify-based architecture gave TennisZon a secure, reliable payment processing system and a seamless shopping experience for tennis enthusiasts.
Blockchain Poker Platform for Dominion
Challenge:
Online poker has a documented trust problem, most notably the Ultimate Bet and Absolute Poker scandal of the mid-to-late 2000s, where "superuser" accounts could see every player's hole cards in real time. Dominion set out to solve that at the protocol level rather than through policy or promises.
Solution:
Webisoft built Dominion on the Injective protocol, using zero-knowledge proofs to protect transaction privacy while still proving game integrity, so fairness is enforced by the technology itself rather than by a trusted operator.
Impact:
The result so far is a technical foundation built to prevent the exact kind of internal fraud that has previously damaged trust in online poker, not yet a proven track record with live users.
3D NFT Conversion Platform for Bull Club
Challenge:
Bull Club needed a way to give holders of standard 2D NFTs a more immersive, higher-value format, since flat 2D designs limited how collectible and customizable the assets could be.
Solution:
Webisoft built a platform allowing users to swap their 2D NFTs into 3D versions, giving them a way to view and trade their collection in a more interactive format, backed by smart contract development to handle the conversion and trading logic.
Impact:
The 3D format gave users a new level of customization and personalization for their NFTs, increasing their appeal and value as collectibles.
Mobile Platform for AI-Powered Car Photo Editing
Challenge:
Pixel Guru needed a mobile app for iOS and Android, along with a platform to manage its AI-powered car photo editing service, after a previous poor experience with another vendor had stalled the project before Webisoft came on board.
Solution:
Webisoft developed the platform using React Native and Django, building out the photo processing capabilities behind Pixel Guru's AI-driven car photo enhancement and automated payment functionality for the service. The relationship has run since January 2017.
Impact:
Deliverables were consistently on time, the project came to life after the earlier vendor experience, and the platform achieved strong scalability. The co-founder specifically called out the flexibility and professionalism of the team across the multi-year relationship.
Building Arcade2Earn's Solana-Based Gaming Rewards Platform
Challenge:
Arcade2Earn needed experts who could efficiently and securely build smart contracts and support security auditing for its play-to-earn platform, where users complete tasks in a mission pool to earn cryptocurrency rewards through blockchain games.
Solution:
Webisoft developed smart contracts in Rust for the platform's Solana blockchain and in Solidity, supported the security audit process, and built out the React-based dApp along with the API and MongoDB infrastructure. The relationship has continued since it began in January 2022.
Impact/Result:
The team delivered a working demo, stayed responsive to change requests as the project evolved, and provided comprehensive documentation and validation APIs, giving Arcade2Earn a reliable foundation to keep building on.
Private Blockchain Network for Passerelle
Challenge:
Passerelle required a blockchain solution for enhanced data integrity, traceability, and interoperability, as part of a broader data estate modernization effort within the IT sector.
Solution:
Webisoft designed a private blockchain network with smart contracts, handled system integration and node deployment, and optimized performance across the network. The engagement was a shorter, focused build running from April to June 2025.
Impact:
The project achieved seamless data traceability, improved audit capabilities, and strengthened user confidence in data authenticity. The Director noted that Webisoft's team went beyond the assigned scope by proactively surfacing insights during the engagement.
EdTech Design & Marketplace Platform for Edigo
Challenge:
Edigo set out to give teachers a Canva-style design tool purpose-built for the classroom, not a generic design app retrofitted with education templates. That meant solving several hard problems at once: real-time collaborative editing with live multi-user cursors, a LaTeX-capable math editor for STEM worksheets, auto-graded fillable PDF assignments that plug into Google Classroom, and a two-sided marketplace where teachers could sell their own resources with built-in payouts. Stitching together real-time collaboration, AI content generation, document editing, and marketplace commerce into one seamless product, without it feeling like four different tools duct-taped together, was the core technical and product challenge.
Solution:
Webisoft built out Edigo's core platform: the collaborative document editor (with live cursors and shared team workspaces), the template and asset library spanning worksheets, posters, task cards, and lesson plans, and the interactive layer including QR code generation, branching "When/Then" presentation logic, and photo/image tooling with AI-generated illustrations. On the commerce side, Webisoft implemented teacher storefronts, a sales analytics dashboard, and revenue-share payouts through Stripe and PayPal. The build also included Google Classroom integration for assignment distribution and homework tracking, plus an embedded AI assistant that helps teachers draft and generate content directly inside their documents.
Impact:
Delivered a unified platform serving teachers from kindergarten through high school, plus homeschool, daycare, and special-education educators.
Enabled a functioning creator marketplace, giving teachers a monetization path for original classroom resources.
Supported Edigo's shift to a fully free access model for all teachers, removing prior premium-tier friction while sustaining the business through marketplace transaction revenue.
Built AI-assisted content generation directly into the authoring workflow, differentiating Edigo from generic design tools.
AI Recommendation Engine for a Major Out-of-Home Advertising Network
Challenge:
This organization operates one of the largest out-of-home advertising networks in its market. Every location, audience, and campaign leaves a trace, seven million data points in total. A considerable asset, but impossible to act on manually. While teams assembled proposals by hand, advertisers waited, and sometimes went elsewhere.
Solution:
Webisoft built a sales recommendation engine that analyzes the network's full dataset and surfaces the most relevant locations and combinations for sales reps, based on each advertiser's objectives. The engine lives directly inside the client's existing connect platform, integrated with its Broadsign network. No new tool to learn: data-backed recommendations arrive right where teams already work.
Results:
Turnaround between an advertiser's request and a proposal dropped sharply. Response speed stopped being an operational detail and became part of the sales pitch itself. In a market where multiple networks compete for the same budgets, the one that responds first with the right combination wins the conversation.
